- 2 Avocados
- 1 to 4 Chipotle Peppers (depending on how HOT you like it?!)
- Lime Juice (from 1 medium lime)
- 1/8 Cup Olive Oil (use the extra virgin, good stuff!)
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- Pepper to Taste
Enjoy on salads or as a dip.
Lately I've been using this as a dip for Live's Raw Crackers for a fully vegan, healthy midday snack!
